Our journey in the automotive repair industry began in the early 1980s, when my father ventured into the automotive and body shop business. By the mid-80s, he had successfully established his own body shop. In 1987, at the age of 13, I was proud to join the family business, where I gained hands-on experience in various roles.

Over the years, I became proficient as a body technician, painter, and salesperson. Back then, responsibilities were diverse: estimating collision repairs, booking jobs, completing the repairs, and delivering vehicles to customers. This holistic approach taught me the value of craftsmanship, customer service, and efficiency, forming the foundation for my own entrepreneurial journey.

In 1998, my father expanded into the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) industry, traveling across the U.S. and internationally to master this innovative technique. Inspired by his success, I decided to follow in his footsteps and joined the PDR field in 2006. By 2007, I was managing PDR operations for Dentsmart in Wisconsin. However, my passion for independence led me to establish my own business in 2008, a decision I have never regretted.
