About Me:
Hi, My name is Jay and I have been in the automotive field for over 19 years. I started in a collision shop as a body man, made a move from there to being an independent auto adjuster for multiple insurance companies, and then I moved into body shop management. From there I learned the art of paintless dent repair (also known as PDR) and haven't looked back. I enjoy introducing people to PDR and showing what can be done without hindering the factory paint. I am the CEO and lead technician for Rockstar PDR, Inc.

When I'm not performing PDR, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our furry kids (4 dogs and 5 cats). I also enjoy writing music and am currently in two bands.

About ARC Certified

ARC is a not for profit organization based in the U.S. (Tennessee) and is open to all qualifying U.S. PDR technicians irrespective of affiliation or brand.

ARC certified uses visual confirmation over multiple transactions as a key component to the candidacy of our membership. Only expert and Master technicians will be recognized in the ARC programs.

The ARC membership will aim to maintain a minimum level of professional standards and workplace consistencies as applied to our fast growing trade.

ARC will remain an agenda free platform and simply serve our members openly and to the best of our abilities.
