I started my Paintless Dent Repair career in 1993 and have been perfecting my work since then. I have worked for dealerships, auto body/collision centers, rental car companies and also retail customers. I grew up in the automobile industry. I got my passion for cars from my father who has been a salesman since 1969. From 2001 to 2010, I was the sole in-house technician for a BMW, Volkswagen, Mini/Cooper dealership in Jacksonville, Florida. I handled all of the new and used car inventory along with service lanes and the collision center. In 2011, I opened my own mobile PDR business, Dent-O-Matic. I focus mostly on hail repairs on a national level as well as continue to do local retail work between hail storms. I am a Vale Certified Master Craftsman. I am proficient in handling dents, dings, creases as well as large hail. I provide fast and affordable repairs with a high level of quality and customer service. I have seen many changes in the auto industry over the years. I continue to evolve as a business owner and technician.
