About Me:

Since my exposure in 2006, I immediately began my training in Paintless Dent Removal with the experts of NYC Dent Werks. As an apprentice under their workmanship, I experienced first hand how to master my craft. As an independent contractor I was introduced to Hail removal from a local storm in 2011. Learning this new trade in an up close and personal way, I was able to experience the necessary components of becoming a master technician and expert in Hail Removal of dents and dings in the automobile industry.

I have Serviced new and existing accounts/customers by repairing dent damage, provided excellent customer service, and educated prospective customers in our service.

Skills that I have aquire.  
- Assessed and estimated damage on cars for customer approval.
- Prospect potential new accounts and departments for new work whenever possible, as well as negotiate with/sell authorized customer personnel to gain approval to do work
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/ business

-I have excellent communication skills, and I am self-motivated. I am
Fluent in English and Spanish.  I have the ability to work in a group/independently. The physical demands required of hail damage include frequently standing, walking, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb, in which I able to do. I also have excellent manual dexterity including repetitive motion tasks. I have the knowledge of makes and models when it comes to Removal/ installation if necessary. PDRN certified as well as license and issuered.

I am married to celenia (15) years and have 3 children. Currently living In NY and have my own company within the PDR industry.
