Hi Community! Ive been in the Automobile Industry for 22 years now, with experience as a Sales Consultant, F&I in A Car Dealership and now as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician in helping my husband run our Business. My husband taught me how to push metal from the beginning on Texas Hail as we 'Chased Hail" for a year and a half, came back to Michigan soon after to start our Local Business in Mid Michigan. We are going on 11 years Total in Business with our Retail Location now being a Year old. I have also taken two Advanced Training Classes with John Highley from Dent Magic John/Tactical PDR- learning Fundamentals of Metal Flow and Glue Pulling Methods, and I have also attended Myke Toledo's and John Highley's first Mega Media Event to help gain perspective on how to better our Business. In the Past- I have run a Local Hail Storm with 4 Technicians, and also have experience, of course, in spearheading many projects/levels within our local Wholesale/Retail PDR Business to help with growing within our Community as a Well Grounded, TrustWorthy Business. I belong to our Local B.N.I. (Networking) chapter "Success at Seven", our Business is involved with our Local Bullock Creek Business Association as well. I currently (Year 2019) am a Board of Director for our Industry Organization N.A.P.D.R.T. and also a (2019) Board of Director for the P.D.R. World Cup. I currently (2019) am the only Female PDR Tech represented within the Womens Industry Network. I can Metal Work anything from Door DIngs, Small Damage, to Hail Damage. Some things give me Challenges still of course, however Im always working on my practice. A little over three years ago I helped develop our growing Brand PushMetal. Whether its Shirts, Hats, Sweatshirts, Can Coozies, Stickers, Banners in Retail Shops - you can find Technicians and other PDR Tool Companies across the US, UK, Japan, and Germany Proudly Representing the PushMetal Brand. We "PushMetal", but Its much more then that. Its about that Desire, That Grind, That Perseverance in what we do everyday. Thats why the PushMetal brand is Successful til this day. I am proud to show my Advanced Skills in Paintless Dent Repair/Glue Pulling Methods and to be a part of such a Unique and Amazing Industry/Business Community that embraces Change, Boldness, and Grind every single day that pushes me to be a better person. And when Im a better person Im able to help others be better as well and that my friends is my definition of being a Great Steward.
