I started paintless dent removal as a body technician in 2003. I was a combination tech, so I did non structural, structural repairs, and painted. Around the same time I learned PDR and obviously that took over my life. Shortly thereafter ended up contracting out to automotive manufacturing industry to assist in training and spill repair. For the last 6 years I have focused entirely on hail. I love it! I had a little different upbringing in the industry since I didn’t ever have a route. However, I understand the challenges posed to route technicians when hail hits their town and help wherever help is needed. I love meeting new people and have a teamwork oriented attitude. I always try to think big picture especially when working with a local guy or a body shop owner.
